**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented, part-time Android UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative designer passionate about crafting user-friendly and visually engaging mobile experiences. You’ll be contributing to an exciting AI-related productivity tool app, enhancing user efficiency and experience. We already have a rough reference design in place, which will serve as a foundation for further development and refinement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences for an Android productivity tool app.
- Collaborate with the product team to turn requirements into engaging user-friendly designs.
- Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with the Material3 design system.
- Build upon an existing rough reference design, iterating to optimize and refine user experience.
- Communicate effectively with developers to ensure design fidelity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on Android applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with the Material3 design system.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Available to work at least 30 hours per week.

**Compensation and Payment:**

- Hourly rate: 75 RMB to 125 RMB per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
- This position is paid weekly.
- The designer will submit a timesheet every weekend, and payment will be processed based on the submitted hours.
